Fudge Brownie Cookies

These cookies 🍫 there are no real words to describe how amazing these ares. Fudge Brownie Cookies, I haven't made these for quite a while! Essentially, these take the best brownies ever, fudge brownies, and put them into little melt in your mouth fudge cookie bites. These are some of my OG cookies that stand the test of time. If you like fudgey brownies, these are a must try. I stand firm I'm believing that fudgey brownies are the ONLY acceptable brownies. Cakey brownies shouldn't exist. Just go eat cake at that point. These cookies do not disappoint.
Brownie Fudge Cookies:
12 oz chocolate chips (I use dark)
4 oz butter, salted always
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
350°F
Chill dough for 20 minutes.
Bake for 8-9 minutes
