Although the contract was definitely altered why did he accept 250 and also seems like he never intended to give her the title if it was tied up in child support he had no right to sell it. I thought the same thing that he was accepting $250 per month and not $300. That is proof it most likely was a $200 per month payment. He did not have the right to sale the car and accept any payments. Judge should have ruled in her favor.

And if it was changed before they both read and signed it. She could've looked at it, said it needs to be 200, he could've said okay and altered it with whatever he had on hand, and then they both signed it.
