Why would you sell your cousin a car that has burn marks in it? If you love your cousin you're not going to sell him a car with burnt marks in it you're going to give him the car that's in good condition. So he had a point when he said that to the judge. He bought the car out of the kindness of his heart. He also bought it because that was the only one she would sell to him that was the whole point. but the judge was just like I wouldn't buy it. She should have sold him a car that was in good condition that cost as little money as possible. That's what you should have done since she claims that he's her favorite cousin. That's what the judge decided to ignore. Also she couldn't prove that he was a thief either. So she should have got no money.😒

After the car caught fire she got a truck and he offered to buy the old one as it was still drivable (at the time of sale), that’s why she sold it for dirt cheap so he’d be able to cover any future problems that come up. What the judge means is that he wouldn’t buy a damaged car with intent to drive it. The defendant chose to take that risk and that’s what he got. 🤷‍♂️
