FUDGY CHOCOLATE GLAZED BROWNIE LOAF

Fudgy Chocolate Glazed Brownie Loaf
Ingredients:
Maida 160 gm
Dark chocolate 200 g
Butter 150 g
Milk 200 ml
Condensed milk 250
Vanilla essense 1 TSP
Coco powder 15 gm,
Baking powder 1 TSP,
Baking soda 1/2 TSP,
Method : Sieve maida, Baking powder, baking soda, Coco powder.
On a double boiler or in a microwave melt Dark chocolate. Then add butter melt it together . Now add condensed milk and milk in melted chocolate and butter mixture Mix it.
Now add dry ingredients maida Coco powder , baking powder and baking soda mixture in melted chocolate and butter mixture. Mix with whisk. Add vanilla essense and mix.
Pour the batter in a lined loaf tin. Use only loaf tin otherwise in round or square tin the cake will sink in the center.
Preheat the oven at 170°c and bake the cake on 170°c for 45 to 50 min.
Chocolate Glaze :
Dark chocolate 150 gm, Milk 50 ml, Butter 50 g
For glaze , take dark chocolate , melt it on double boiler or microwave .Add hot milk in it and butter . And mix. Pour glaze over baked chocolate cake . Keep in a fridge for setting 20 min. And sprinkle some chopped walnuts over it. Again Keep the cake in a fridge for setting .
While serving chocolate browine, warm it for 30 to 50 seconds in a microwave and you can pour some chocolate Glaze on it and then serve.
