Great Video and break down. I have a 2004 W163 ML350 with an EVAP issue P0446. I tested the Vapor Canister Purge Valve / Solenoid and it holds pressure for a couple of seconds does that mean its not working. Should it hold the pressure until you remove the cap on the other side only? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Hello. Nice video. I have mercedes CL203 sport coupe 1.8 compressor. After replacing fuel filter, begin constant noise from the filtet. Looks like there air in the system. The filter inside has a pressure regulator. And I supposted that air enter in that regulator. In the moment I can't fix the problem. Can you suggest me some solution. Thank you in advance.

P0442 code, small leak in hose or shutoff valve of activated canister. Is it bad to drive on this? Will it cause harm to the car?

Not bad at all, just some bad reading of the fuel lever in some cases, bad recirculating vapor from the tank block the filler too

My W210 E200 kompressor, leaks from the canister. I changed it and after a few days the canister started leaking again. When i open the cap of the fuel tank it has to much pressure.

Hello. Awesome video! I have a RHD 1991 w124 300E. I was looking for the fuel vent valve under the tank but can't see one. Is it possible that some models never came with one? The reason I was looking for it is that there's a smell of fuel from the gas cap area and all the forums suggest it could be a blocked vent valve.

Well, replaced the vent valve to no effect. Been driving it as is. Even though my gas cap is new, I suspect it may be faulty as I can distinctly smell gas from cap in the morning. =/

DID YOU FIND THE PROBLEM? I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CHANGE THE PURGE VALVE SOLENOID TODAY, I ALSO KNOW THERE IS A VENT VALVE IN THE TANK AND ITS VERY LABOR INTENSE HOPING I DO NOT NEED TO GO THAT ROUTE. MINE IS A 05 IF LEAVE IT IDLING IT LEAKS FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE BY THE WHEEL FROM CHARCOAL CANISTER. ALSO SMELLS INSIDE
