I visit a recording studio in the Catskill mountains with a resident pig, take a trip to the green rivers of Vermont, and experience some crazy February weather. I end with some thoughts on the last few months, and share my perspective on dealing with stress and using it as fuel for your fire.

It took me until I was in my 50's before I finally learned to take life 1 day at a time. And I also learned to do what I can with the time that I have. All these things that run you crazy are typical of life. Just nibble away at them. You can't take care of them all at once. Do what you can that day. What all else needs to be done will be waiting for you tomorrow ;-) I'm thankful for all the work you have to do, all the broken equipment you have, and all the stress you have with it. I remember not too long ago when you were just kinda floating along with no real job, no one wanted you to do your giftings for them, & life looked a little aimless. You now have work & people who want you to work for them. With that comes demands & stress. That's normal. But you can do this. You have what it takes to be & do all that you want to be & do or are meant to be & do. Just do it. You'll be fine. Relax a little. Chill. Enjoy the gorgeous place you live & the places you visit. I believe in you. You are the man. And your life is just beginning to take off. Enjoy the journey. I wish I had done that when I was your age.

Dan waits: truer words to live by have never been said. I am a new follower to this channel but i love whenever there is an email notifying me of a new video. Because while Kyle is younger than me, i feel like he has a very old soul. I feel more relaxed after seeing his work and i always know there are some words of wisdom to take away from it. Your comment just added to the greatness of this video. Thank you for that.

My heart goes out to you over the loss of your fur brother. The pain will ease but not for a while. I’m writing this during Covid and in the midst of everything our beloved cat died after 19 years. I will miss him forever. Your videos and music are like a fire in a fireplace: a warm and soothing companion, there when you need it.

You are really one of the best content creators I've ever seen. Each video is so beautifully put-together, the drone shots, music & narration are just epic. The massages in your videos also provide a ton of value, you allow people to learn from your experiences, which is incredible. Very inspirational, keep up the awesome work. You are one of a kind on this platform! 👍🤜🤛

Kyle brotha I can truly relate! Not to long ago I had to put my dog Harley down that I had for 14 years. We spent so much time together. He was truly my best friend. I’m sorry that you had to let your buddy go but I can tell you from experience, your pup will always find a way to show you that he/she is still with you forever and always. Also thanks for opening up about your stresses. I think as a viewer sometimes it’s hard to imagine that life can be hard for you because your adventures look so amazing. It’s a good dose of reality for me and it lets me know my stresses are part of what it takes to succeed. I follow and watch a lot of creatives and I just gotta tell you man that there is something about your work that truly connects with me. Anyways man thanks for doing what you do and thank you for inspiring me to keep my dreams in the crosshairs. Keep crushin brotha!

I found your channel a few days ago and am honestly blown away by the quality of your content! The shots, the music, the colours, your voice..it all merges into something wonderful & magical. Watching your videos reminds me a bit of reading a new book..you dive into new worlds you didn't know existed, and each of those stories leave an imprint on your heart. We all face challenges where we don't think it could go any worse..until it does. And I agree with you, the way we deal with all that life throws at us, defines who we are as people. I see so much strength, willpower and beauty in what you create, I am sure you will overcome all those negative experiences and turn them into something that makes you even stronger and more determined than ever. I am truly excited for you for what is yet to come!

The fact that you were in a slump and worked extremely hard, always going the extra mile, to improve your own life is extremely commendable. You have the nature of overcoming all these situations. It's really beyond belief. Your amazing work and good speeches making this channel attractive and your good taste in collections; reading books, photography, music collections, sound mixing and sceneries automatically makes the program more natural.

Kyle, I have watched your videos since Day 1 and although I've loved every one of them and always excited when you put a new one out, this video truly hit home for me because it was real, organic, and authentic. I am currently going through a lot of tough things in my life and it is nice to hear inspiring words such as yours to make us realize that we are all human, make mistakes, and struggle. But, what defines us and gets us through to the next chapter is learning how to react to those hardships, find strength, and grow. Thank you for always being inspiring and speaking directly to your viewers. It truly is heartwarming. Keep up the great work and always remember to KEEP :)ing!!

It's ok to let things out once in awhile. It's healthy for you. I will be 40 in 2 days.its exciting and it scares the shit out of me. I've been a touring musician for about 20 years, but being on the road you have good days and you have bad days. I retired from that life style because I got tired of missing everything. My son's birthdays, graduations. Marriages, reunions and funerals. I feel lost now.i don't know what to do or what direction to go. But I do know one thing. Keep pushing forward.... things will get better with time.. Keep up the good work! Believe it or not? Your videos inspire...

You said it, happens to most of us. Very sorry about your pup! When you are down, I try to just pick a corner, so to speak, sand start to fix one thing at a time. Before you know it most all is better, most of the time, just to let you know, I’m enjoying several of your vlogs. Makes you realize, 90 % of all your problems never come to be, and the other 10% are not usually as bad as you originally thought. Interesting how that works! Happy working!

Hey, no problem....its best to get things out when everything seems, correct that, when everything IS going wrong, and you get overwhelmed because they all pile up and accumulate, literally and figuratively, on your shoulders. (Shoulder pain?) I have been in a major slump too and when I heard you starting to talk, my Bro, I could so relate. I don't mind listening to your feelings, it makes you real, and I'm sure your followers, your little community, don't mind either. You're right, it's not what happens itself, it's how you deal with it.....with all the stressors that just keep coming at you. Sometimes it's just hard to believe that so many things can go wrong, one right after the other....it doesn't even give you time to come up for air. But like you found out, just breathe and the only way out is going to be up. Seems easier said then done. I am truly sorry for the loss of your dog. I am a big animal person and have 2 rescue dogs that are my family. Don't know if it was your , Hud or not, but it was a best friend, a soul you loved. One of the worst things in the world to go through. I've been there too many times since I've had many dogs and used to do all-breed dog rescue. For me, what's helped is going out and rescuing/adopting another dog who needs someone to love, whose life needs to be saved...and meantime, they actually save your life. Funny how that happens. Take care...peace and love.

Every time you find yourself in a rut tell yourself this...I'm the luckiest person in the world! Your doing what you love! How many people can actually say that?! We all have those moments in our life that feel like its the end of the world. Its not though... we have to remind ourselves it can't all be perfect all the time. Open a window or step out your door and take a deep breath or cry if you must. It Renews the soul and it reminds us that life is precious and not to take it for granted but to enjoy every second with family, friends and especially the four legged ones.I'm sorry for your loss...I had to put down my Chocolate Lab who loved me unconditionally 2 years ago. If only people could take that example and use it in their lives it would be a better world.

I am now in quite the same situations as yours in my 30. Seem like everthing all together need my attention at a time. Enjoying good every single good moment is what I hope for because I know such good moments are not always there for me, especially when I need them most. It has been a year of in your case, so yours have already been solved. Things come to our life for their own meanings, regardless of how good or bad they may be. Without down times, we hardly treasure good ones. Right?

I currently live in a big city right now with my girlfriend while we work on our careers, but we've always wanted to end up further north in upstate NY or the greater New England area. I have been there and am just coming out of being there. That funk or slump that seems to slide by and over you in the arcs of our lives. There is a strange kinship that happens with KZbinrs and their subscribers. I have shared your vids with friends. Expounding the calmness and happiness that comes over me at times watching some of your videos. I feel for your putting down your dog. I have had longer relationships with the dogs in my life than the women I have loved before I met my wife. This brings me full circle to the kinship to this modern connection that can be cultivated. Was it the dog in a lot of your posts? Hooder..Hootie and the Blowfish...Hoodie.. looked like such a cool dog. R.I.P. indeed if it was. I became instantly sad at the idea of you losing your four legged buddy. Looking so forward to seeing where you are going to go in this world.

How? Did I miss this one? My home state N.Y.! Man do I miss it! I call it the California on the east coast with out the weather. Life! It's like a bell bar each challenge is a new 20 pounder thrown on, then your on your back looking at the bar then you grab it! Bench Pressing all that weight! that's what life is! Building strength! Some times it's a hundred pounds! At a time and sometimes it's three hundred pounds! At a time And you know you can't get up till you lift it and knowing you are stronger for it. As the decades past you do a lot of bench pressing and with the right soulful diet to round out your mentally self preserved state of mind that will prepare you for any encounter that is laid upon your table of life. The opportunity's are up to you and how strong willed you have become.

I know that rut, my man! As privileged as we are, it still gets to you. It’s a series of little, almost unnoticeable steps that finally get you out of it. And as cliche as the sayings go, it’s true. On the other side of night is day and on the other side of pain lies knowledge.

sorry about your pup buddy. i had lost two of my rotties within a month of each other 2yrs ago, so i know how you must feel. ive also learned to plan what you can, take the rest a day at at time and above all live it up as much as you can. be as happy as you can. im so glad i came across your ig page a while back. and to add to that, i love that you do videos and how you do them. for me theyre so inspiring, and motivating. outdoors, cabins, hiking, shooting photos and hanging with like minded friends is the path i enjoy most. im not to far south of where you were in woodstock. it be awesome to catch a hike with you sometime in the catskills. anyways, chin up brother, youre not alone in this. good vibes.
