If Fujifilm is not paying this guy for doing all he is doing about Fujifilm cameras and accesories, I find it to be quiet misserable from the Fuji company, loud and clear! This is the very best channel for Fuji Cameras, thanks a lot for your expertise and time used for all of us. Greetings from Germany. Alfredo

I used these a lot when I first started learning photography. A little tip on switching filters is that (at least on my XT30) if you switch to Auto mode and then use the front dial, you can easily scroll through the different filters. I would do that and then switch out of Auto if I wanted to change the filter.

Thanks Chris, I have been busy so I am just catching up on your last couple of posts. This one is a beauty, I new these settings were available but never really bothered to pursue. Now I will follow your advice and make them easily available with a short cut button and bingo another one of Fuji's hidden gems is available to my photography. Thanks again "Mr Fuji" !!

Thanks Again!! NoOne, I mean NoOne does it like you do👏. You cover every detail and the big part you explain it so anyone can set up their camera by following your incredible instructions. Most You Tube “experts” always leave something out. I hate that. Thanks for the Adv. Setting info. I use that often. Especially when my granddaughter plays soccer in white uniform, red socks & head band. She’s the only one that has a red head band. Only thing, I wish Fuji would allow us to shoot at 30 or even 20 fps with Adv. Maybe you can rattle their chains. I never knew what “Miniature” would do to the photo. Thanks for that tip. I also never thought about putting Adv. on Fn button. That will be a big time saver. Thanks Again, Keep up the good work! One more thing, Your Smile says you like what you do. 🤗👏

Hi Chris. I wonder if there is any chance of a video on using custom settings in the XT4? I'm a new Fuji shooter and shoot Landscape and birds (usually in flight), so two very different set ups. I have tried to program two custom settings but when I select either one of the setting, nothing changes so obviously I'm doing something stupid! Any advise would be brilliant. Best wishes from the UK.

Hmm...saw them in the adv setting, but decided against using them for the moment. I'm still experimenting with the 90mm, and this kind of makes me go for an object shot where everything but the object is b&w. I'll give it a try tomorrow...weird thing is, I already have a shortcut for drv, but it was for the three film looks burst. Have a great weekend, Chris.

Good video, as usual. Regarding "advanced" filters, looked at them when the camera was new, didn't like them, though did think when saw the b&w red filter "Ah...the red coat in the b&w film Shindler's List."

Thanks. Most people would prefer editing on PC (Mac) or at least smartphone, but for those who cannot or for those who do it like 'take a photo - immediatly send it to blog/instagram/etc.' - this may be good, and I suppose Fuji is really ahead here.

@pal2tech Looks like the advanced filter is now saved in the raw file and I cannot remove it in capture1!? Please help! Using Adv filters on my xt3 the effect isn't applied in LR. I just see a normal raw file but on the camera screen I see the effect of the filter. I've asked Fujifilm but they said ask Adobe. No problem on my other Fuji camera. Any advice please?
