I love this lens. The bokeh wide open translates to the canon 50mm f1.2 wide open on my full frame camera. It’s a bit noisy but it doesn’t bother me too much.

Bucket list lens for sure. Was thinking the other day, would be interested in a video where you run down the Fuji kit you own/use for personal use (and why), then maybe same for professional use. After working my way through pretty much everything in the X range starting on launch day the X-Pro1, for me, I've settled at X-T4/35 1.4 X-T30/7Artisans35 1.2.

This 55mm lens seems the do it all focal length for most situations and I still love my gf45mm f2.8 as it’s a bit snappier and the 35mm focal length seems to work a bit better for environmental photography too.

I think you can't go wrong with the gf lenses, just down to personal preference/ needs more than anything

@@benard702 Trust and are enjoying the journey, tbh, am flat out"mastering"- no chance of that, my 3 X series bodies, going back to the XT20, still a very capable body.

@@robertcudlipp3426 XT20 is very good option and if I didn’t already have an XT-5 I would opt for it to pair with the GFX. All cameras are very good once you learn them. I’m not particular about brand because I continue to use all except Sony. Still use D810 and D850 when I work with my colleague on gigs. He’s a Nikon guy. I also still use canon

I would get GF 30mm 3.5, GG 50mm 3.5 (or maybe GF 45mm 2.8) and 80mm 1.7 (or maybe GF 110mm 2.0) Lenses.

Hmmmmm I prefer smaller gear so for my use, the H2 combo. BUT otherwise the GFX wins hands down.
