can you tell if there is much difference for photography only in low light autofocus speed between these cameras, I know its lens dependent also, as this would only reason I would choose x-t4 over x-t3 if it was lot better in low light, i read somewhere that the t3 has same af as t4 with the latest updates so correct me if im wrong pls:)

So yes, they do have the same autofocus, so no difference on that front, but the xt4 has ibis, which makes it a lot easier to shoot steady shots in the night.

Thanks ibis is handy for video but dont do much longer exposure low light landscape stuff so think for me t3 makes more sense. Was looking at t5 or xh2 but the price us just bit too high for all those bells that i dont really need apart from autofocus. Thanks👍

@@endaguerin630 oh yea, if you do dynamic scenes the ibis doesn’t do anything, I mostly do stills scenes, so the ibis really helps me with my photography.

I have an x-t3 but considering upgrading - you didn’t mention the dials for depth of field the X-t3 has, I want to know how you change your depth of field with the x-t4, like can it be changed with the aperture alone?

Hey, do you mean the Depth of field preview? Because as far as im concerned, the only way to change your depth of field, is through your Aperture.

@@lukasbenjamin_ in place of the still - video dial there’s 4 modes, landscape, 2 for moving subjects (supposedly there’s a difference) and a still single subject. It tries to change the aperture based on your settings which can be annoying if you know how to use aperture properly. In manual mode it’s not so much of an issue.

@@JohnDeBrazen ah, I think you mean the photometry settings. I access those through the q-menu, but honestly rarely ever change it, as I mostly shoot manual with a bit of aperture prio thrown in the mix.
