As far we know Karasu's devil fruit is just a simple Logia. Which means it's strong, but hardly op. Compared to other Logias' destructive capabilities it's nothing special so far.

Thats because greenbull was not going all out because of the safety of Marejoa and Celestial Dragon and who the admirals are bound to protect.... otherwise those idiots would've been crushed easily because of the collatoral damage of two strong abilities colliding together. One of them even told Greenbull that if something happens to them the he will be get killed.
