This guy is super underrated, no joke. Put the health regeneration upgrade on him, and every bit of chip damage you take means absolutely nothing. You can hop into burrow and just get all of your health back and stall out fights that way. Despite being frailer, I like to play a tanky playstyle with him because of his surprising survivability!

I actually like the spray compers and they're really fun for me I just despise Burrow with a burning passion but then again this is coming from the guy that thinks that Captain squawk is kind of good

One thing worth noting about his faster regen is that you can enjoy it with burrow. Effectively making burrow a health regen Ability for Chomp Thing.

Speaking of count chompula (AKA the emergency signal.) He's a criminally underrated character. I've played that visible-from-a-hundred-kilometres-away fellow so much.

ultra tackle has a bigger hitbox then normal tackle. As well as goes slightly further.

using health regen, reen delay and health upgrade is the best setup for chomp thing. just sitting in burrow will give you half of your health back, its crazy

Armor chomper can be quite good if you play them like a frontline tank who can beat almost anyone in a close 1v1 with burrow then unburrowing and gooping. DON'T swallow as armor chomper though, leaves you extra vulnerable due to you being even SLOWER. Armor chomper just has such a different playstyle than other chompers that people see that as being bad without trying out armor chompers insane damage and tanking ability (and survivability as burrow can be so handy in some spots.)

Personally I don't like this guy he's the worst of the spray chompers his gimmick is not that great when in a actual fight only good for small encounters really while armor chomper hits crazy damage and with super sticky goop and sprint burrow he's pretty good not to mention being able to tank almost anything

The health you regen with chomp thing varies from hardly anymore to outright less then what you'd naturally have as a normal health chomper unless you actively go out of your way to maximize his gimmick (usually through burrowing or hiding, both in which case any chomper is regenerating at their slower rate too), which in the fast paced game that is gw2, that typically expends too much time and causes you to fall behind. Combine that with the glaring health issue not allowing it to get away with nearly as much as a chomper should, and elemental chip damage nullifying his gimmick for a solid amount of time, and he really falls short as worst character in the game imo, and dont even get me started on gw1 chomp thing... Anyhoo that concludes my TedTalk B)

Imo chomp thing is bad because of his damage, other spray chompers deal 10+ damage and has an effect like fire, choml thing deal like half of that ig? And no effect

nah armor chomper is 100% better than chomp thing. high HP 50 dmg bites as long as you play properly around a sunflower you’re golden. chomp thing can barely win 1v1s bcz of how low his DPS is. i dont think people understand that chompers hitbox is freaking massive so low HP and not good speed sucks. big hit box with high HP is tolerable. only good thing about chomp thing is camping with chomp canon and can heal back any hp taken when you peak. armor can 2 shot imps and scientists.

Chomp thing is by far the worst chomper,not the worst character in the game but the definitely the worst chomper. The metal chomper is pretty good in my opinion

If you like spray chompers, then why are you not making a video about power chomper, the best spray chomper there is. Honestly people if you give power chomper one shot he is purely unbeatable compared to the rest of the spray chompers, and if you still think he’s worse than toxic chomper then in the future if I make gw3 I’ll give power chomper 14 damage.

I’d say Chomp Thing is the worst character in the game. His damage is dreadful and the gimmick doesn’t help that much because you can still get bursted down by most characters. Making the only consistent way of getting kills being eating, so if you wanna get kills, you’re either getting 3-4 every game or you’re suicide chomping.
