It can be “boring” this year because it’s shows Lisa’s improving. Over the years we’ve come to see Lisa go from not being able to handle spice, setting off fire alarms, messing up recipes, to her being able to skillfully adapt and predict recipes on a whim. We’ve actually seen her grow in her career. I think that’s VERY impressive and a lot more fun than her continuing to make the same mistakes over and over again. And every now and then she sets off a couple fire alarms to let us know the rookie Lisa is still in there somewhere.
