Daily Basketball Handles Workout * 45minutes in all * 9minutes for each 5 1. FingerTip Training Consists of - Spin the ball 🏀 - Finger tip role (2 hands)👏 - Finger tip dribble with 2 hands 🙌(in the middle)🖖 2. Coordination Consists of - Jump Rope( 1000 jumps =10-15min) - Around the World 🌎 - Warm Up 3. Hope it helps yall keep hooping 🏀 Workout Handling/ Finishing Warm up - Fingertips Pass down up - Spin the ball on hand warm up - Jump rope - Spinning ball around waist - Tween walk no dribble Stationary Drill - stationary Position 1. Fingertip low dribbles both Hands 2. Pound Dribbles Right & Left 3. Stationary dribble under legs into next leg alternate ♾️ 4. Front zigzags Between legs 5. Right & Left zigzag crossovers 6. Body shifted Crossovers 7. In & Out front leg drop ball pound 8. Tween touch floor ♾️ 9. Explosive BTB's 10. Scissors tween dribbles 11. Under legs crossover 12. In & Out pound crossover Shift ♾️ 13. In & Out pound between legs ♾️ 14. Reverse scissor tween Dont worry about how fast you do it, Just do the correct form

Most NBA players don’t use thier fingertips to dribble. They use their hand so the ball can spin and float.
