Yow Fam! Question here if I do this ball wrap drills for a year without dribbling a basketball will it help me improve my handle ? I'm going to mix it up for different combos and I will progress moving and then slow to fast then high to low without dribbling will it still help me improve ?

No, you should also be dribbling a basketball as often as possible. It will help you to an extent, but dribbling is better.

30 sec tap, 30 sec up down tap 30 sec around 30 the other way 30 sec around leg 30 other way 30 sec around head 30 other way 30 sec around everything, 30 other way 30 sec around 1 leg, around leg reverse, each side 20sec break 30 sec Figure 8, 30 sec fig8 reverse 30 sec around both leg around one leg each way 30 sec tween ball toss alternating catches 20sec break 15 each hand Tennis ball toss behind back clap catches

This is designed for players who can’t dribble a ball where they’re at for some reason. If you can dribble, you should do a workout with dribbling.

miles by I think you should definitely experience and figure out which moves work best for you personally. In my opinion, here are a few you should try: Between the legs, in and out, hesitation, etc.
