Which type of company is suitable for starting a service based business? For example, I want to invest and start a business (any) but I will not work there personally. I will hire workers for the job. I will only invest in setting up and getting all machines and shop ready. Let's say I hire some welder and I invest and get the necessary welding equipment and setup a shop. I will only be the owner. What would be the suggested company type for such a business?
