Great video Tommy! What people might not realize is that the average human head weighs only 11lbs, that bag you're hitting probably weighs 100+lbs. Even with the half arm shot, you could definitely move a human head significantly enough to rattle the brain traumatically and cause a knockout shot. Lots of former doorman like Geoff Thompson, Terry O' Neil, Lee Morrison, Dennis Martin, etc. Can attest to that as well.

I find with a wide and bladed stance I can throw a half arm blow with 90% of the full one, use like 30% less energy and because I'm a shorter fighter with bad vision (one eye is more zoomed in than the other) it lets me guage distance since my depth perception changes at different ranges as a different eye takes over.

If your close poke in the eyes is the first shot then you can either run off Or do what you want to them they can’t see Eyes balls and off you pop Even mma fighters freeze when they get an eye poke but can take kicks and elbows
