Full Arms Workout At Camp Psycho | Mr. Olympia Prep 2024

Powered through a solid bicep and tricep workout at the Psycho’s Body Shop with my coach as I continue my prep for Mr. Olympia 2024! Focused on peak performance for the big stage.
Don't forget to warm up before starting and cool down after to prevent injury and aid recovery.
