Arrived Las Vegas | Back Workout | Mr. Olympia Prep 2024

Just touched down in Las Vegas-one week out from Mr. Olympia 2024! Had an intense back workout to keep everything dialed in. Stay tuned as I push through the final stages of prep and bring my best to the stage.
Don't forget to warm up before starting and cool down after to prevent injury and aid recovery.
