If you push out and create tension on the sling, it will stabilize the gun. The sling shouldn’t be loose while shooting. Thanks for the video!

I am inclined to agree. The store near me (a big box firearm store) only got two and I got one of them. Its cool and a well built firearm. I don’t have a need for it so I just stored it and we’ll see what happens.

Can you help please? Bought the PMX and extra mags but I can’t fully load them because it didn’t come with a mag loader. Bought a Maglula uploader because Beretta said it would work and it does not. Their customer service guy sucks btw. The Uploader works on every mag I have except the PMX mags. Can you please tell me what magazine loader you use with the PMX? Would really appreciate any help.

There's really too many reasons to list on why this is going to fail in the US commercial market. That being said ill pick one up when they come down under 1k before disappearing like the arx100.

I don't think Beretta is expecting much. Just import a few hundred or a thousand for the hardcore collectors. If by some miracle it did take-off, they've already got ATF approval and their foot in the door too.

Thanks for the video. Like you and others have said, I dont think this will be a smash hit. The Scorpion, Stribogs, MKE MP5 clones have all the same features for far less money. Thats not to say I dont think this is a beautiful gun, and if it follows the same trend as the ARX, I wont make the same mistake again and pick one up before they disappear. The trilug looks good on the end, btw.

I've never fired a GHM. Just the TP9, TP9N, APC9, & APC9K Pro. Too many gun types/variants, never enough time/money lol.

I thought this was a small size gun, but it actually looks big while you were holding. So much so that I rather hold my 10.5 AR instead. Not sure why Beretta would not make this a small package size sub-gun. Even the Sig mpx is a much smaller package than this which prob its biggest competitor in the market. Thanks for making this video because I was waiting and debating between this and the Sig mpx. But you just help my decision with the things you pointed out and showed in the review of this weapon. Guess I’ll be getting the Sig

Agreed, it definitely has to have a stock. Gives me something to be on the lookout for. I wanted to shoot it before doing the SBR thing just to make sure it was reliable and fun. I don't think many will come in, so it will be a weird little oddity in years to come.

Disappointing fact: The Italian market semi-auto still retains the folding stock catch on the ejection side. US release doesn't have it. I picked one up and love her, but damn we were robbed of the LPA back up sights and stock feature

It's not based on a tec 9 please get that straight to say that means you don't know the history of the platform. It's an upgrade of the Berreta M12

The PMX is essentially a licensed copy of B&T's P26, and from what I understand it kept the ergos of the M12 per the Italian governments request. The P26 is the long out of production swiss version of the Tec-9. This is why it takes B&T mags as well as the updated mags from Beretta. This is also why he joked about putting B&T sights on it. The PMX literally has its original design based on the Tec-9. The firearm blog talked about it's history during their trip to the Beretta factory where they tested the PMX out. It's a great video if you'd like to educate yourself some more on its design and history.
