Full Big Pond Digging Project Start to Finish

Finished this big pond digging project. The pond turned out quite big and it was hard to dig. Thick peat topsoil and the rest was wet sand and gravel. Only a small amount of clay. We got 3 JCB 210s and a big dozer to help us out. So we finished it just in time before another winter.

Love the videos. I've watched some several times. You have lots of skill with that machine. These hour long (or so) videos are a great time killer lol. Keep it up. @@Wellanpich5895 Holy cow. I have a 6 ton excavator and charge around 100CAD/h. A 15-20t is around 150/h. They get a lot done but having 5 at the same time is not cheap :-) But the right thing to do in this case with that muddy soil!

@Wellanpich5895 Actually, after that, it was the 6th one also. The long reach to finish up that back corner along the wood line there. But I'm not sure what he did there. I wasn't there anymore.

They joined after that when you last saw me alone in the video. The little explanation was somewhere at the end of the video. The customer wanted a smaller pond at the first, and then finally, it came out like this. These guys dug another pond near here, and they did all the access roads for around here. Yeah, digging the pond means moving dirt from one place to another. There is no other way.
