The most amazing thing about Green Room to me is that they get the most contrasting comedians, all representative of a different brand of comedy, and every single one of them has their moment. You can tell there's a certain respect for one another and that made the show great. I watched this as a kid and it really gave you some twisted perspective without being offended.

Santi Cruz its anxiety and he hasn’t overcome it but twisted it into something new and wonderful with his new movie Eighth Grade, which is honestly brilliant.

FKalo I never thought he was funny and honestly, find him annoying. I remember him from KZbin, I was watching a stand up routine about him and I was like... this dude seems familiar is it the guy from KZbin? When I found out it was, I was happy to see the dude made it that far. Even though, personally I don’t much care for his comedy. Though I see someone mentioned depression, that comes with being a comic it seems.

LMFAO I love how Ray Romano's "burn" is completely unintentional. You can tell the way he says "wait a minute.." and grabs the back of his head. He's like I did not mean it that way.

Jim is a total beast, i love his humor, but somehow I think he's not very liked among other comedians, he's never mentioned on podcasts etc and he's totally brilliant

I wish there were more episodes with more comics. This show is awesome and its just a few comics talking. No scripts or anything just saying how they think or feel. Thats reality tv to me

man the people in these late night talks are legends. Half of them aren't with us anymore and its crazy how they paved the way for comedians today without knowing or ever seeing what it became.

This show, when i caught one back in the day on youtube, is what got me into checking out podcasts and now I watch stand up acts on youtube. I feel like Green Room was the introduction to the idea of how great podcasts could be for the comedian.

Good comedians are notoriously sensitive. It’s where they get their intelligence and wit from. They are not emotionless drones incapable of feeling empathy. Comedy comes from tragedy.
@CStrik3r6 жыл бұрын
Mr. Plinkett not really. She's dead serious. Joe Rogan talked about her on his podcast, how there was this comedian who was so funny but didn't have the courage to get on stage. One day he mustered up his courage and went on stage and I don't remember what "Politically Incorrect" thing he was in the middle of saying and she got on stage and shut him down because she didn't agree with him. You know how you've been trying to do a backflip but never dared to, and all you need is *one* smooth one to get the other ones coming but you end up face-planting on the ground and that's it you forget about daring to do that shit ever again cause your confidence got raped right in the fart box? Well apparently she caused this already awkward guy to not dare step on stage again, because of some PC stance she has. I never understood how you can be a comedian and at the same time be a weak-kneed, limp-wristed, lily-livered bitchass SJW...
