Make glutathione drinks and have it every morning, you can find the how to videos on youtube or get. 1500mg of glutathione capsules... After I wash my face with the halfcast soap which I leave on for 20 min. I (spray) haloronic acid that I have added aloe vera from the leaf into it. Let that dry this keeps you acne free, makes your pores tiny & of course glow. Once a week I use black mud mask that is so natural it smells like dirt. You wil look as if your are wearing makeup.. @LU-lu9ov4 жыл бұрын
Not really. There's something called "transepidermal water loss" which is basically losing water through the skin. It happens regularly but is very enhanced when the skin is not well taken care of. You can lose a lot of water to the point of having very dry and dehydrated skin, no matter how much water you keep drinking trying to fix it. So if you don't take good care of your skin, drinking water as a form of skincare is kind of pointless.

For hands and feet I use spa gloves and socks I bought online. They were not expensive at all. I first use a feet massager, add water in it, wash my feet and hands with a gentle, exfoliating apricot soap and let my feet inside for a while, changing the massager options to give my feet a gentle massage. Then I use my feet files (on my feet only lol), my coconut body cream on both hands and feet and then I wear the spa socks and gloves. These have a thick, slimy, cold layer inside that refreshes my feet and hands a lot. After 20 minutes, I remove the spa gloves and socks and they are so soft omg.

I've been using toner on my skin since 2010. I had bacne and used Neutrogena and Sea Breeze back on the day, and that cleared me up so well. I also used a Shiseido body "lotion" toner for a few years too. It was great it was hard to find. Kept my skin so soft. Used them before body oil and lotion. I don't get body acne anymore but I still use toners. Now I use a Japanese "lotion" toner. I've used Muji's toners before. Those are great too. I kind of use whatever I feel like. I try different ones, bit they are usually Asian brands because I noticed there aren't many Western brands that make moisturizing toners. I always seal with body oil and in the winter or if my skin is feeling itchy, I use body cream after. Keep my skin super soft.

I was thinking on what soap or products I could use to wash my body that don't do harm to it, and this video appear magically. So grateful! I also have very dry skin and sometimes is very uncomfortable. It's a great idea to use skincare products for the face on your body. Very smart, really. And really nice idea of doing body-mask hahah, so easy and fun. Thanks for that❤

I have extremely sensitive combination skin...... and i am very prone to eczema so i use Aveeno and it’s a lot better know. I have some scars on my arms and legs, what products would you recommend for getting rid of them, i am currently using derma e scar gel. I love your videos so much !
