I hate that you don't have at least 100k, if not a million subscribers, you are incredible, even though I don't exercise as much as I would want to, there was a time last year I followed just your warm up routine in one of your videos, I was always sore the next day, just from your warm up (the one when you're out with your doggo on a cliff), I'm just mad at myself for not continuing, I would be so strong now 😞

The modifications are SO HELPFUL!! I have been weightlifting for awhile, but trying to transition into calisthenics to feel more comfortable and connected with my body. It is HARD. I love your videos this, which demonstrate how to build strength in smaller areas to work towards those bigger and more challenging movements. Thank you!!!!!!

I suggest you add count down clock in each exercise and rest. For instance 45 seconds working out + 15 seconds resting during 15 exercises. Thank you

I just listen to my body. I typically train all month long, but decrease the intensity if my body needs it
