🤯As someone of the fountain of middle age, just hanging from the bar potentially has me at a possible level of 3. 🤔

I think I just found a new life goal for myself. I think this is exactly what I want to do with my body. It will be tough though, I'm currently in the morbidly obese category of weight and while I'm not as big as you imagine and I'm able to move and do most of the things that I want to do, I am not strong. I've always been big, I was 185lbs at the end of high school and I'm only 5'2". I told myself that I was active enough, I didn't workout and hikes were not easy for me, but I thought that I my body was just fat, more prone to it. However, I am even less active now and I am turning 40yrs old next year. I've been seriously de-conditioned over the years. One big difference is having a new partner, he struggled with his weight (over 300lbs) and lost it all through a tremendous amount of effort. He helped me see that the weight I am at is not healthy for me and that I was responsible for eating myself to that weight even if it seemed like I wasn't that out of shape. Over the last few years I've been pushing myself to try to eat healthier (Partner is pescatarian) and lose the weight. While my fitness has seen a slight increase I haven't seen much fat loss. As a person who has felt unattractive my whole life and who has been a little self-conscious about her weight, I struggle with moving from being fat positive to trying to lose weight while not hating myself for gaining weight or being fat. Fat is natural and it isn't the enemy. But, seeing this video I have found my direction in life. I've always wanted to be strong and because I was able to lift (not at the gym, just in life) more than other women and some men I thought that I was decently strong. I struggled immensely with being able to push myself physically. Over the years, struggling through my own issues, I realized that I had perfectionism and removing that I was able to make more progress in pushing myself in small ways to be more physical and increase strength. Right now though, I haven't seen much progress. Seeing this video reminded me of that dream to become fit. To be confident and capable in my body. I think now is the right time for me to try this and I think it might change my life for the better. Thank you for putting out these videos. Not only can I see how hard you have worked to create an amazingly capable body, but you are honest about how long it has taken you to get there and that making progress is a struggle. Lots of people want to either say everything will be easy to lose weight or that everything will be extremely difficult. While we know it will be extremely difficult, those who push those ideas are often the ones who are constantly pushing their bodies to the max to where it is painful. You, yourself are pushing your body but it seems like you are pushing your body within your limits. You are listening to your body and pushing only as much as it can handle rather than trying to push for results faster. Everything about this is how I want to be and how I want to live my life. I have always wanted to be this person but couldn't explain it until I saw this. I hope that I can find the strength to push forwards towards this goal. Your videos breaking down the steps is exactly what I need to push myself closer every time and not injure myself in the process.

Wow, this person's body is on point! She has absolutely built her body. What impresses me is the ease with which she moves. Not only is she strong but I felt like there was something else there that I couldn't quite figure out. Then she did a yoga move and I knew it was flexibility. Not only is she strong but she has amazing flexibility so her movement is no as stiff and locked as I see with a lot of heavily muscled people. Honestly, this is goals for my body, to get it to the point where it can move so freely and is this strong. Of course for me that means a lot of work and a lot of years!

Hi..Dear good night ✨️🌙💫 Profile Yourself:~Start by profiling yourself. As you write notes for your profile, dig deep and ask yourself important questions, Life is a boat of water, sometimes it floats in happiness, sometimes it floats in the stream of sadness, sometimes it is the pull of love. It moves, sometimes it stops in unknown pride. I miss you every moment ❤️ 💋 💓 💕 Have a wonderful night ♥️ 🌹 🤝 ❤️ 💗 👌 ♥️ 🌹 ✌️💋💓
