No, I'll suggest just don't use any soap or body wash after usinh scrub or pack because it already cleanses the skin very well.

Hii! You can start facial massages at any age. Experts recommend beginning at puberty or when collagen production begins to decline at age 25. But from age 14 we can start doing face massages for healthy skin. Also start facial massage at home 2-3 times a week. However, gentle massaging everyday for 5-10 minutes does no harm to your skin. It helps in promoting blood circulation and fading fine lines over time. Hope this helps😇👍🏻

So you have normal skin. Because only normal feels like that there is not dryness nor oiliness and pimple bhi nhi hote jaldi se.. So consider your skin normal type skin. Normal skin type is best
