I would love to see two videos. Do this before every class (pre-hab or warm up) and do this after every class or when you get home (flexibility/relaxation). That way I could know a good idea of what to do before and after ever class and make it a routine.

This one is great as a warm-up. In general terms, more dynamic movements and shorter hold times for stretches is good for warming up, and longer stretch times and holds are useful for recovery. There is a video on the channel that shows cool-down stretches at the wall that will be useful. Thanks!
