Almost lost this video on the facebook page.. Really had to dig in to find it. I've been following your videos since 2009 (college time). This is intense - you always surprise me! Now that college is over, I don't get enough time to do cardio. Incorporating this in my schedule will be highly beneficial! Thanks again Scott! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I tell you one thing Scott Herman's videos have done me wonders. I made my own home work out program combining his video. This work out is my finisher. I do the death by dumbbell work out, then follow his 5 day expendable work out. Mon through Friday death by dumbbells, expendable daily routine, and then finishing with the full body furnace. I tell you it's great and very challenging. Pushing my self every day to new limits. I lost nearly 20 pounds in 2 weeks and now I'm back at it because after getting lazy the weight is back on and this time I'm going to burn the 40 pounds I need to loose. Obviously my eating habits are also a big influence on my results. That I thank my wife form. Scott your an amazing fittness coach and fun to follow. I love how real it looks. No cut out we see you struggle with us. Keep it up man!

Thanks Scott for this video. I like it when I see that you are working hard to give maximum effort because it lets me know that it's an effective set of exercises and not just something I would find hard to do. I'm so motivated and looking forward to my workout today! Thanks for energizing all of us.

... And that's why I come here. I love learning new exercises and honing in on perfect form, but more often than not, I watch these videos to get me amped up before a workout or run. Thanks for the motivation, sir. I'm looking forward to more good stuff coming soon. It always does.

Hey Scott, cool workout. I'm always looking to add more stuff to my routine. I have to keep my "healthy" resolution going this. I lost a few close relatives last year due to them not staying healthy, not taking care of their health when they were young. Seeing you push hard on your excercise makes me want to push harder too.

the thing i like most about ur workout vids is that u actually perform the full exercise in front of the camera which helps us -me- to realize what a toll the workout puts on even someone like u. So we know that ur in fact just human =p man keep it up, keep it real, ive already learnt so much from u

depends on YOUR goal. Personally, if your bodyfat is over 15%, you should burn fat first with routines like this one
@AychD3311 жыл бұрын
Awesome video, quite a workout! I am feeling inspired to try this...my trainer had me do the groiners on Monday for the first time (she called them mountain climbers) and I almost passed out. Burpees and groiners are intense for me. Loving your videos, thanks a gazillion!!!
@theoriginalbreadcrumb11 жыл бұрын
Awesome, I will try this, been doing full body for cardio and in order to stay focused and motivated I change it up, I did this whole body routine for 15 mins with 12 exercises, I sense that the judo push ups will destroy my chest and shoulders. This is one of the most insane once I've seen you do, glad you can always challenge us with something while also keeping it simple sometimes :)

Did this workout yesterday and boy, was it fun!!! It definitely makes you grunt, scream and make noises throughout the workout! Hardest part for me was the coming back motion on the Judo push-ups and keeping my form on the 2nd, but mainly 3rd set of supermans...just got to take it a little slower on them next time.
