I really love this workout! I hate leg day. But with you telling to don’t quit, it motivates me to keep going. Because he’s at a specific level where he is used to these workouts. The ones for 20 minutes that really hurt are 5 exercises back to back followed by 30 seconds of rest where you would have no oxygen for talking

Man this workout killed me, so I wanted to get pumped before this workout: did mike chang 1 minute workout at home, cardio for 10 minutes before the workout. I was sweating but I wanted to get my butt kicked so bad I went to this workout and made a epic comeback with Jeff Cavalier legs workout called: Finisher. Stab my legs again today! By the way thank you for posting these workouts.

Do you have any recommendations on doing jump squats when you have kyphosis? I have ankylosing spondylitis, and developed kyphosis from that - making my spine and neck less flexible and more forward leaning. I typically cannot do complete range of motion on squat unless I place a folded towel under my heels. It's hard for me to squat down all the way then jump straight up and repeat in a steady rhythm. Any variations or tips? Or is it just "keep doing it until it gets better"? Thanks, Scott!
