I really love this workout! I hate leg day. But with you telling to don’t quit, it motivates me to keep going. I use your upper body workout, and ab workout and they have worked and I’ve really noticed improvement to my body. Thanks for the awesome videos! And especially for doing them in real time with us!

This is one of the hardest leg workouts I’ve ever done and it only uses light dumbbells plus you can do it at home. Amazing work

Yesterday did your bicep-tricep and then shoulder videos in a row. Today was abs 3 and lower body 2. Oh it feels good. I usually don't sweat much but after this one sweat is bursting from my head.

Hey Scott! Would you recommend to do this kind of workout on a bulk ? Like sometimes do this instead of a normal leg day ? As it burns tons of calories I know its optimal for cutting, but what about bulking ? Thanks !

Because he’s at a specific level where he is used to these workouts. The ones for 20 minutes that really hurt are 5 exercises back to back followed by 30 seconds of rest where you would have no oxygen for talking

Man this workout killed me, so I wanted to get pumped before this workout: did mike chang 1 minute workout at home, cardio for 10 minutes before the workout. I was sweating but I wanted to get my butt kicked so bad I went to this workout and made a epic comeback with Jeff Cavalier legs workout called: Finisher. Stab my legs again today! By the way thank you for posting these workouts.

Do you have any recommendations on doing jump squats when you have kyphosis? I have ankylosing spondylitis, and developed kyphosis from that - making my spine and neck less flexible and more forward leaning. I typically cannot do complete range of motion on squat unless I place a folded towel under my heels. It's hard for me to squat down all the way then jump straight up and repeat in a steady rhythm. Any variations or tips? Or is it just "keep doing it until it gets better"? Thanks, Scott!
