Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Mate, 15-year-old french girl here trynna build some muscle. This workout was absolutely killer. I only have 1,5Kg weights at my disposition during quarantine but damn they hit different with this. Obviously, I had to do some modifications like with the flying push-ups things. But i absolutely love this. You've gained a new admirer today.

Video idea- Maybe you've already covered this, but I always wonder which muscle group to exhaust first within a given workout. For example- on back/bicep day, I like to exhaust my biceps first before I move to back exercises so that my biceps aren't assisting as much or taking away from my back workouts. What are your thoughts? Great vid yet again man.

Actually if you training your biceps first, that probably inhibits your back workout because you can't go as heavy because your biceps are fatigued and can't give assistance. Better to leave biceps till last, so that you can finish them off with direct bicep movements after they have been targeted a little bit by your back exercises. I have been watching your videos regularly, that 45 secs AB workout was Insane. I have already done it like 7 times in 15 days. My abdomen gets destroyed but boy does it gives you a pump. Also, how many times a week can I do both these? Of-course on alternate days.

Scott, I’ve been doing your metaburn90 program and am in the final weeks with the double workouts (killer!). I just did Power 2 which is the pyramid workouts. My question for you is... being female Can you give any advice on the weight ranges to use? I don’t want to build big traps or thick shoulders but want tone and definition. I have been trying to push myself in your workouts but am nervous if I dial up my weight too much will that give an undesired result?

I have something that is bothering me for a long time. How many exercices do I need to train one specific muscle. for example for the muscle of the middle chest, do I need one excercice or at least 2. And when do I know if I am overtraining ? There is not magic number for how many exercises you need per muscle. Just do enough volume overall to get it to grow! Overtraining is very hard to do as long as you are eating and sleeping enough. If you need a guideline for how much volume to have per muscle group just check out one of my programs - muscularstrength.com/Full-Workout-Programs
