First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I'm a couple days away from child birth I'm so happy I found him since I only have dumbbells, a yoga ball and my kids playground to work out postpartum plus a toddler at home. Your hype gets me hyped to workout at home!

Mate, 15-year-old french girl here trynna build some muscle. This workout was absolutely killer. I only have 1,5Kg weights at my disposition during quarantine but damn they hit different with this. Obviously, I had to do some modifications like with the flying push-ups things. But i absolutely love this. You've gained a new admirer today.

Tried this workout and the pump is real. When I first tried it I couldn't lift my hands afterwards but today I think I got the hang of it. P.S when I work out I put his video in the background because hearing you shout motivates me.

I have been watching your videos regularly, that 45 secs AB workout was Insane. I have already done it like 7 times in 15 days. My abdomen gets destroyed but boy does it gives you a pump. Also, how many times a week can I do both these? Of-course on alternate days.

Video idea- Maybe you've already covered this, but I always wonder which muscle group to exhaust first within a given workout. For example- on back/bicep day, I like to exhaust my biceps first before I move to back exercises so that my biceps aren't assisting as much or taking away from my back workouts. What are your thoughts? Great vid yet again man.

Actually if you training your biceps first, that probably inhibits your back workout because you can't go as heavy because your biceps are fatigued and can't give assistance. Better to leave biceps till last, so that you can finish them off with direct bicep movements after they have been targeted a little bit by your back exercises. Hi! Just wanted to ask, is this 20 min enough to count it as a full upper body workout? and how many times per week is good to target all the muscles properly, im definetly feeling the pump in my arms but not so much in my chest and back, thats why I ask if this is enough to count as a full training for all muscles if done like 3 times per week. Question - does this workout style build decent muscle mass? I would imagine there would also be sessions besides this using heavier weights, less reps? Thanks! I'm used to the whole heavy to moderate routine with 6 to 12 reps then combined HIIT for fat burning

Michael H I have used this program for 5 months and I was impressed by the results I’ve lost 5 kg of fat and built muscle and this routine is like boxers routine at give a lot of endurance the but you have keep in mind that you have to do as many reps as possible in every exercise to see good results I’m talking about doing at least 20 reps and try to increase you reps so you make sure you progressing

Yo Scott what are your arm/chest/waist etc. measurements if you take them? and as an advanced natural lifter how much do you expect them to improve over a year?

Check them out on my profile on www.MuscularStrength.com/Scott_Herman bro! Hard to say how much you can expect them to grow over a year. Depends how much weight you gain and how new you are to lifting etc. etc. Any change is better than no change!

I would do this maybe 2-3 times a week. If you watched my Facebook live video you would have seen some good warm up exercises :-) Arm circles, shoulder breakers, knee twists etc. etc. Follow the entire program here - muscularstrength.com/12-Week-Home-Program

The thing is,i dont go to the gym, i only workout at home.Thats why i ask you if i could do this everyday because i want to workout pretty much every day and dont want to have days off unless i am feeling exhausted.If i am not exhausted could i do it every day ? I am 15 and have been training for a few months clistenics well and with 1 dumbell I have 3 dumbells 2 of 1kg and 1 of 8 kg which one should I use the 1 kg ones? and the 8 kg one in the Hammer curl and last exercise of 1 st round?

Yes, use the 1kg ones for most of the workout (unless you think you can handle the 8kgs for the entire workout), then move onto the 8kg one for the hammer curl - but only use one at a time, you won't need both in one hand with 8kg.
