Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Mate, 15-year-old french girl here trynna build some muscle. This workout was absolutely killer. I only have 1,5Kg weights at my disposition during quarantine but damn they hit different with this. I have been watching your videos regularly, that 45 secs AB workout was Insane. I have already done it like 7 times in 15 days. My abdomen gets destroyed but boy does it gives you a pump. Also, how many times a week can I do both these? Of-course on alternate days.

Video idea- Maybe you've already covered this, but I always wonder which muscle group to exhaust first within a given workout. For example- on back/bicep day, I like to exhaust my biceps first before I move to back exercises so that my biceps aren't assisting as much or taking away from my back workouts. What are your thoughts? Great vid yet again man.

Actually if you training your biceps first, that probably inhibits your back workout because you can't go as heavy because your biceps are fatigued and can't give assistance. Better to leave biceps till last, so that you can finish them off with direct bicep movements after they have been targeted a little bit by your back exercises. Michael H I have used this program for 5 months and I was impressed by the results I’ve lost 5 kg of fat and built muscle and this routine is like boxers routine at give a lot of endurance the but you have keep in mind that you have to do as many reps as possible in every exercise to see good results I’m talking about doing at least 20 reps and try to increase you reps so you make sure you progressing

I am 15 and have been training for a few months clistenics well and with 1 dumbell I have 3 dumbells 2 of 1kg and 1 of 8 kg which one should I use the 1 kg ones? and the 8 kg one in the Hammer curl and last exercise of 1 st round?

Yes, use the 1kg ones for most of the workout (unless you think you can handle the 8kgs for the entire workout), then move onto the 8kg one for the hammer curl - but only use one at a time, you won't need both in one hand with 8kg.
