Omg...what a wonderful workout!! Loved the fusion!! My favorite in the Tabata Round is the Lunge/Slinger Curl!! In the Superset AMRAP round, it's the Tricep Toe Taps and Plank Rows. Pyramid round with increased time, it's the Row, Side Lunge Curl. And, I absolutely love, love loved the Bonus Round!!! F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C workout!! 💪💯👐👐!!!!!

I love the fusion format. It went so fast but also was tough. I feel like I am doing something wrong when I am in a plank and we did the hip dips my feet are sliding. I am wearing running shoes and using a yoga mat. Any tips? Thanks for all your workouts!
