Thank you for joining KimberFIT Lifestyle for this Full Body Kettlebell Workout another one you can really take anywhere with you. If you don't have a kettlebell then just do the moves with your bodyweight and imagine you where holding a 25lb kettlebell and put some work in.
BEFORE you press play though we need to make sure you are healthy to participate in a workout program. Please see your physician to be cleared to start a new workout program. Once we got that covered now we need to warm up. If you are unsure where to start check out KimberFit Lifestyle's page for a warm up.
Once you are warm lets press play and begin. If you have a KB go ahead and grab it, if not remember to use that imagination as you go through the moves envisioning that you are holding a very heavy Kettlebell.
Workout
1. Plank Hold x30 sec
2. Kettlebell Squat x 15
3. Plank + Kettlebell pull through x15
4. V-sit Kettlebell hold x 30 sec
5. Squat + Single Arm Clean + Press x12 ea leg
6. Single Arm Kettlebell Swings x12 ea arm
7. Side Lunge + Lateral Arm Raise (R+L) x12
