Thank you for joining this Lower Body Bodyweight Workout with KimberFit Lifestyle. You only need your body for this workout, NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! NO EXCUSES!
First off make sure you are healthy enough to perform a workout. Secondly, get your warmup in for at least 5-10 minutes before you start this workout. If you don’t know what to do for a warmup, check out KimberFit Lifestyle page.
Perfect now that you are warm, let’s begin our Lower Body Workout. If you are experienced, then you can mute me and follow along with the moves. If you need more support turn me up and have helpful cues from me throughout the workout.

Workout
1. Single Leg Kickstand RDL (R+L) x15 each leg
2. Bodyweight Squats (Narrow or Sumo stance) x15
3. Bulgarian Split Squat x15 each leg
4. Seesaw Lunges (R+L) x10 each leg
5. Forward Lunge + Knee Lift (R+L) x15 each leg
If 15 reps are too easy, up it to 20-25 since we are just using our bodyweight. Just make sure you get through at least 3 sets of this workout.
