I have a hard time following some Pilates workouts but this was relaxing and fun. I like that I didn’t have to watch you for the directions of the next move because of your great explanations!! Loved it.

I've never commented on YT before but I just really want to thank you for these workouts! I had a scary bout of costochondritis two months ago and realized my body alignment, back and core strength, posture, and flexibility needed some major help. I found you through well+good and have been doing your workouts 4-5x a week. I can't believe it but I can actually bend down and touch my toes for the first time in 20 years. I really appreciate your detailed instruction unlike other Pilates channels that just expect you to watch and follow along. Please keep doing what you do because you're helping a lot of people. Wishing you much success!

Thanks so much Chloe, I really love your workouts! For some reason I am getting some lower back discomfort when doing the one legged toe taps at 21:30, do you have any tips on this?

Oh sorry to hear that! It usually happens when your back muscles are tight and they then take over in this exercise. I'd recommend doing the low back stretches video, using the foam roller and taking a day off. Then if you still feel your back doing to taps, move your upper body into a more upright position - that should move the work more into your legs! Try this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5_Fc4h5ip5nr6c
