Worlds Greatest Stretch + T-Spine Rotation:
You get it all with this stretch! Hip separation, thoracic mobility, hamstring stretch, increased blood flow, and all of the things you want in a dynamic warm-up stretch.
Adductor Quadruped Rocking:
Adductors, Spinal Erectors, Glutes, Hips, and Hamstrings! This is a great dynamic warm-up exercise to add to the mix.
Pigeon:
Our daily lives require a whole lot of sitting which keeps your hips from the rotation, flexion, and extension they need to remain agile! Your tight hips are begging for this amazing hip opener!
