Take 3 minutes to stretch out your muscles or use these exercises as a warm-up or cooldown. Follow along or go at your own pace!
Worlds Greatest Stretch + T-Spine Rotation:
You get it all with this stretch! Hip separation, thoracic mobility, hamstring stretch, increased blood flow, and all of the things you want in a dynamic warm-up stretch.
Adductor Quadruped Rocking:
Adductors, Spinal Erectors, Glutes, Hips, and Hamstrings! This is a great dynamic warm-up exercise to add to the mix.
Pigeon:
Our daily lives require a whole lot of sitting which keeps your hips from the rotation, flexion, and extension they need to remain agile! Your tight hips are begging for this amazing hip opener!
Elephant Ears:
Unlock your thoracic spine with this exercise!
