GET YOUR BODY BAR AND SOME SPACE AND GET READY TO SWEAT! In this full body weighted body bar workout we will go through some great compound exercises that work on strengthening, toning, and sculpting our bodies while burning ccalories. Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 20 second break with a total of 16 mins. Take your time on the exercies and move with intent. Make sure to warm up before starting this routine and do a cool down stretch routine when you are done. If you find one round was not enough, go for 2. You will get stronger over time and it will feel GREAT. Keep going, be consistent and trust the process and you will see results ❤️ Can't wait to see you in my next video. Remember..
