Here's a beginner friendly full body strength workout. It includes 11 basic exercises that can also be performed with a pair of dumbbells. Use the appropriate weight for your level. I'm using a 15 pound bar. I recommend rewinding and repeating the circuit once or twice more. Although I'm barefoot, wear athletic shoes if that's better for your feet.
