Full Body Workout - Fit Over 50

I usually don't do a full body workout, but life is getting in the way these days. Behold my pain. Behold my shame.
Ow... my everything! I usually don't work out this hard in one session.

Hi Dean! Yep, still getting at it. Still got a pesky spare tire. Things got a little busier so I haven't posted a vid in a while, but will, soon! Things going good for you?

Jim in the Gym , yes going great at this end , 3 fullbody workouts a week , and just bought some new ironmaster dumbells to replace my powerblocks , very exciting I also still have that spare tire lol Glad to hear you are still Jimming it , keep the vids coming..cheers

so, are you getting rid of your powerblocks? I was thinking of getting some for work, but might just get some inexpensive adjustable dumbbells instead. Those ironmasters look really nice.

Jim in the Gym , yes they sold immediately Dont get me wrong, great dumbells but the more conventional feel of the ironmasters is what sold me The longer changeover time for me isnt an issue , which in my opinion is the only reason you would want powerblocks But for the office they would be perfect

Haha! Yeah, I have maybe 3 reviews to do, soon. I'll do one on the collars. I learned a little bit, there. I also will do one on the safety straps and if Titan can ever get the new V2 Safety squat bar in stock, I'll do one on that, too.

I absolutely love it. I own all rogue gear but went with this bar because of garage gym reviews’s Coop. Zero regrets , well built, good shipping packing. As far as functional, man its destroying my quads . Almost feels like a front squat / high bar squat combo. Bar moves you forward . You will need to drop weight when using this bar. You will love it
