If it's " only a traffic violation " and " not criminal ". Why was the cop asking her for breath samples? Why's there a court date already scheduled? Usually one has the option to Not go to court. By simply paying for the traffic ticket. Thank God she wasn't that intoxicated. She knows what the police is about. She even refused to provide a written statement.
