Hosted by Matt Farrah, Tanner Foust, Ken Block, and Tiff Needell. But there would be no studio portion at all. All talking would be done on canyon roads, tracks or while sliding sideways in industrial parks. It'd be like crack. Yep that's exactly what it'd be like. Like a crack, heroin, meth sandwich. And I would love it. And people would rejoice. And there would be peace in the Middle East. And Democrats and Republicans would have a beer and hug it out. I love the new Coyote 5.0 especially with the new Charge motion valves. The LS3/LT1 engines are fantastic and you can make huge power N/A, but I find the Coyote a more "Fun" engine and it sounds amazing with just about any cans.

I just picked up a used 2016 GT pp with saddle interior with this guard green paint. I was really thinking about boosting the car, but this has me considering the cai, full exhaust, and tune. I already purchased front and rear subframe connectors and I really enjoy the handling and braking on these new PP cars. It's head and shoulders above my old '86 SVO and my fiancé camaro ss. Keep em coming Matt.

I got a replacement spring from Steeda for the clutch pedal feel. 10 bucks, and 5 minutes to install. I also added their diff bushing inserts and it helped to button down the rear suspension. There are so many bolt on suspension mods available for this car. IMO, the greatest improvements you can make from stock comes in the area of improving the shifting, clutch feel, and very minor suspension tweaks. Aesthetically, a better set of mufflers. The steering and brakes are perfect.

Agreed 100% on the brake pedal feel. It was definitely like the 2015 Mustang GT I did a review on. The moment you touched them it starts to slow the car down. I loved the shifter, and that was a stock unit. And I don't have awesome roads like that, but when I rolled on it in a turn it cornered nice and flat. My 2005 Mustang GT just doesn't compare at all! I was excited to see this one! I Have a 2011 GT (RTR Package) with similar mods(shocks,struts,springs,wheels/tires,exhaust,shifter). Agree about the S197s being "bouncy". Mine can beat you up a bit on not so flat roads. Not so happy hitting a bump through a corner either. Glad to see a direct result for the spring removal, haven't bothered on mine yet as I wasn't sure it would help all that much. Curious about the shifter, I have the Barton on mine as well and still get crunchy/missed shifts here and there....great stuff as always Matt!

You know, I've never really had a problem with the audio, maybe it's because I'm using studio monitors aimed at my ears. The only thing I didn't like was how loud the flybys were sometimes, but the balance between that, engine noise and voice levels has really been a lot better recently.

An SCT4 tuned, BBK CAI, BBK Longtube, Borla Atak Catback, 90mm Throttle Body, Coilovers, Driveshaft upgrade, Rear end upgrade(not sure if it was a 4.10 or a 3.73 from the stock 3.55); put down a whopping 75whp over the stock 384whp, and 65wtq over the stock 349wtq. You do the math, Bolt-ons aren't bad for a modern day car. Yeah it was almost $4,500. But you could put that into a 20 year old cobra and you wouldn't even come close to making the stock numbers of a 2015 FMGT, in a 1995 FMSVT.

I own a 2013 GT and the coyote motors don't sound that good with straight pipes, too raspy. I have GT500 axlebacks, Off-road H pipe, and long tube headers and it's almost as loud but sounds so much better

Matt HELP! Getting a sports car this winter (50th B-day and mid life crisis, lol) for the first time since my 69' Mustang coup I bought as my very first car back in 83'. Here is my problem, I have driven the new GT and agree with the press and see that this one may be the best yet. However to save money I was looking very hard at the BRZ / FRS / GT86 thing and after driving those I do indeed get what they are for. Not nearly as fast at the Mustang but the BRZ's 1000 pounds lighter in weight does indeed feel awesome and nimble on our mountain roads of east Tennessee. Here is the problem; I love both cars. I can save money on the short term with both the purchase price of the vehicle and fuel costs with the BRZ and mod the motor later to get the pull I want. On the other side I can get the GT for about $4k-6k more then the BRZ but will have all the power now and decent handling and later would have to work on sorting the suspension out more in the aftermarket. I am quite torn on this as my first "old pony car guy" instinct was to get the GT but one other difference it that would be the base GT with the Performance Pack and not much else. Where as the BRZ would be trimmed out much better inside with more features. What do you feel, with price not being the deciding factor, is the better overall way to go for a fun and reliable daily driver and weekend track car?

Thank you for that.Unfortunately I had to delay to sometime later here in 2017 due to the financials not working out in time for the holiday. Honestly after hearing about the 2018 refresh improvements I may hold off for the new one and get the magna-ride and active exhaust if the price is not bumped up too much or pick up a clearance 2017 on a good deal by then. Still saving but I am about half way to the down payment I want to have, :)

Tyler Wallace to simply put it the coyote doesn't respond as well to cams as the LS engines and therefore aren't worth the money. The LS typically responds better to engine modifications like upgrading cams and the coyote responds much to bolt ons and forced induction

+Weer'd Beard The best way to shoot these, I've learned, is to have multiple options. So the GoPro internal has audio, the recorder has its own internal mics, and then we have lavaliers also. So if the lavs fail, we can choose one of the other options.

Matt if I may make an editing suggestion for future videos: consider flipping the audio track. The mic is picking up and playing back you on the left and your passenger on the right, but the camera POV has you on the right and passenger on the left -- so the audio is reversed from the viewer POV. It's kind of disorienting.

Boring questions: I'm assuming that you're insured in case, god forbid, something "unexpected" happens during the drive. Just wondering how does one get insurance for professionally driving other people's cars? Is it basically regular insurance, but with another line item in your listing of coverages? Maybe none of this applies and the owner signs a waiver?

Ford should do those mods for a Track Pack. It looks like it's more planted but still rides like a stock car bought in the dealer.

Phillip Berk Well my hearing is pretty shot, but every other video i watched is perfectly loud
