I've got a v8 vantage". the Nissan in the first example is better (faster cheaper and better at turning) but it is a Nissan however the second example is a Aston martin just saying there name immediately puts you above every one else. the difference in the names Nissan= cheap Japanese family car maker that just happened to make a few good cars. Aston martin= prestigious British car manufactor only brought by the classy and the rich.

I think the front looks fine but the plainness of those fenders given how far they're sticking out is what makes it look off. They're just big empty rectangles sticking out of an otherwise busy fascia that looks squashed in. Maybe if they cuts some vents into the fenders or something like that, to break up the simple geometry and elaborate a consistent, busy design across the entire front end...

The fastest car there was a Lamborghini reaching the unbelievable speed of 218 MPH in 1/2 a mile on this airport runway. Out of the hundreds of cars running, anything faster than 150 MPH was outstanding. The Nissan GTR's were also impressive. Most everything that ran was heavily modified. Good times 4 all.

Loads of other car review shows seem fully capable of driving 1000hp cars without crossing the double yellow and endangering lives more than excessive speed already does. If you can't handle a car well enough to drive it at speed within your lane then you don't belong behind the wheel. Don't get me wrong, I'm a *huge* fan of extremely spirited driving on or off public roads, but crossing the double is pretty much the biggest rule in the game. I'm severely disappointed by the presenter's careless attitude about human life.

there is nothing wrong with crossing the yellow lines temporarily in such a manner the driver did. the amount of time spend on the other side of the lines was quick enough where he could establish safety. its actually much more safer to when driving spiritedly to get as close to the apex of the corner than it is to stay on your lane (its all about staying straight as much as possible so you can maintain your speed after all). But again only when you can see far enough along the lines to see if its safe to do so.

5.4 or 5.8 liter? If that's a 2013-14, it's a 5.8. I'm not shocked to hear that it's more fun than a Veyron. You have a manual transmission, American V8 sound, and character that a refined exotic can never touch.
@hotblume8 жыл бұрын
+hartsickdisciple if you look at 1:33 it says 5.4 on the engine. Its probably a 10-12 but they changed everything including the taillights. The 5.4 is actually a bit stronger since its cylinder walls are thinker. The 5.8 in the 13-14 is the same motor just a bigger bore and larger supercharger.
@hartsickdisciple8 жыл бұрын
Vehsax mmg Ah yes, I see it. They must've tried to make it look like a 13-14, like you said. There are a few other differences in the 5.8's cooling system too, but yeah... it's based on the 5.4.

hartsickdisciple Yea thats for the most part the difference, I think the cams might be different too and a few small things.
@dre04mach8 жыл бұрын
+Vehsax Essentially yes, but the cylinder wall stronger doesn't have much bearing since both engine blocks are capable of a lot more than 1k hp. You need a tiny bit more blower (well cfm really, regardless how you get it) on the 5.4 to achieve the same results as from a 5.8, but it is not an astronomical difference indeed. The 5.8 runs 15psi stock as opposed to 9 on the 5.4...

This was extremely reckless on his part. I counted twice he went over into the other lane which was at those times occupied with traffic, one of them being a bicyclist the other a motorcyclist. Authorities will typically cooperate and find you a place to play. I used to do it all the time where I lived previously. They would much rather you play safely than on public roads endangering yourself and others.

+Dylan “Tuna” Doole The only thing the Veyron would capitalize on is the launch and top speed most likely. The Veyron handles about as well as the titanic after it hit the iceberg.
@Fireball29998 жыл бұрын
It's simple logic. The tires they use on the Veyron are a ultra hard compound meant to withstand 250+ mph for 9 minutes straight. I highly doubt they are meant for ultimate traction as they are MEANT FOR SPEED. It's not a track car. It's a record breaker.
@Fireball29998 жыл бұрын
Look at the tires specs if you really want to talk a big game. I guarantee you that the Bugatti is not meant to be a track car. I have no clue what your getting at. It's logic. A RWD 3000 pound car either way is a much better handling car than a bulbous AWD 4300 pound vehicle. The tires matter but like I said... the Bugatti is meant to hold 250+ and the mustang definitely isn't. The mustang would easily have better tires ( grip wise ) around a track but braking is another story.

That's what I brought out here. He is driving left and right like he is the boss of the road, well he is, he is in a 1000hp mustang anyway. So yeh, it's probably ok for him to hit a biker or two. The GT500 looks better, has 4 seats, sounds A LOT BETTER, has a proper MANUAL transmission (unlike the Veyrons boring AUTOMATIC) and is a lot more impressive from a technical point of view. 1000Hp from a supercharged 5.4 V8 is way more impressive than 1000hp from a 4xturbocharged 8.0 W16. The Veyron needs 4 turbos, twice the number of cylinders and 2.6 more liters just to develop the same power.
@omaralghamdi90357 жыл бұрын
Veyron's engine was developed to be under stress much like the Bentley and RR V12 twin turbo engines that only make less than 600hp which is mainly better than stressing the engine. Mustangs barely hold themselves together with 400+ hp and a live rear axle except for the latest generation, so 1000+ on the rear tires in a live rear axle is a dumb idea
@3O2MuStAnG7 жыл бұрын
Omar Al Ghamdi Mustangs barely last @ 400hp? What kinda bullshit is that? Mustang engines are good enough for Koenigsegg so I doubt they're any less reliable @ 1000hp but who cares anyways.
@omaralghamdi90357 жыл бұрын
Wrong again. Even koenigsegg said on their website that they had to change it after the very first model because it was unreliable and they wanted to make their super cars a daily driver. www.koenigsegg.com/build128-the-koenigsegg-engine/ You were talking about the 4.7 engine they had from Ford which they discontinued, now they get their 5.0 block from England but my point was that engine sucks, which it does anyway, mustangs suck at putting their power down to the ground especially that they had live rear axles till 2014
@3O2MuStAnG7 жыл бұрын
Omar Al Ghamdi Whatever floats your boat buddy. They're merely building the ford engine themselves. Doesn't make it another engine ;)
@omaralghamdi90357 жыл бұрын
OneTT dude i know it's hard but read what they said on their website. Koenigsegg dropped the ford engine because it's unreliable, and they only used it the first model CCX.

Not sure Tiff fully appreciates the driving culture/habits of SoCal. These canyons are inhabited by motorcyclists and cyclists as well as cars. As much as I feel like cyclists have a death wish around these parts, they are still there and care needs to be taken around the corners. We don't overshoot the double yellow. Too many opportunities for catastrophe.

Prateek Khatri Primitive? Electric cars came out first in the late 1800s but ICE cars got favor and became popular, if anything, ELECTRIC cars are primitive as the tech has just recently gotten back into the mainstream (~2005 I can say) while ICE cars have had over 120 years of constant refinement and development (actually over 200 if you count the very first ICEs from ~1800). Do some research before talking on the internet and don't believe the hype.
