Here to spread my service. If anyone wants a build sheet for 2.0t and 3.8 owners inbox me. I’ve made over 100 build sheets for owners in this year and 99% of them have been satisfied with their performance output. I even have a 3.8 breaking the 400whp mark running strong till this day with a fbo e85 50 nitrous set up. Inexpensive as well. Also for the ones confused about the whp numbers this genesis made. 298hp is to the crank not the wheels. Wheel hp is different from crank hp. Don’t be sold on the brochure. Thanks for reading 💪🏽

For a BK1 3.8 that aint bad, you're pushing BK2 numbers which I think is good. The BK2 3.8 have issues with trying to squeeze power out of N/A but my goal is to get mine to 450hp

@@chriscontreras7551 There are losses between the crank and the wheels. Crank horsepower and wheel hp are not the same. 330hp at crank is probably 260hp at the wheels.

WITH FULL BOLT ONS. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mXytnoaupLCIhZI&ab_channel=HunterCauble Here you see a STOCK Q50 with 360HP pull 313 on the wheels. That's a 47hp loss, which is about average. I've even seen my buddies Audi A4 Quattro which is suppose to have 256 Crank HP dyno with 227 HP.

There is a difference between the BK1s and the BK2.... BK1 with the 2.0T has around 215hp stock, the 3.8L got 303hp stock. The next Gen adds around 70-ish hp to stock. Also the Sedan has a bigger engine

Most of the ones I remote tune make 260-270 wheel. However we don’t even know if the dyno settings were even the correct smoothing. Smoothing 5 sae is the latest up to date software for dynos with a more accurate reading.

Got a custom tune by SFR and it made 279whp. No mods to the engine as of yet. More impressed after the tune how the car opened up especially with throttle response. Much more crisper now.

This is the regular N/A numbers for the BK1. Bolt ons almost don’t give you anything even with tune. Even with the high cams and high compression pistons, you would get 320whp on pump gas. So, you have no reason for the disappointment bro!

@@bk_seoul1627 I’m 100% sure lol. I work on and build these motors. The only aftermarket cams sold are for the 2.0t. 3.8s have a selection of pistons and rods but no aftermarket head support. You will need to contact MT Motorsport for a custom cam. Only 3 3.8s have that custom cam last time I checked and they make well over 600 wheel. No where near 320 lol

@@ProdigePerformance Dude, I used to have them on my stage 3 supercharger Gen in Korea. 3 of my buddies had them too. That’s what we call stage 3 if the car has stage 2 100mm supercharger and 175 mm crank pulley plus high cams and that makes around 500whp. But believe me, you never can make that numbers with just cams. Just check bkmania forum. High compression pistons and high cams makes around 330whp with a conservative tune. I’m not a beginer neither 😉

Lol we don’t play that kitty description over here. I never said that these cars made cam alone over 500 wheel. The 3.8s we have over here are turbo fully built with motec or link ecus making over 600 wheel. If you made 330 wheel with all of that then you guys are doing something terrible lmao. I made a 3.8 fbo e85 with a 75 wet shot make over 400 wheel under a 4k budget. If you have “aftermarket cams” I suggest going to MT motorsports and having them build you a real engine

Definitely not less then stock. “Stock” numbers are the crank. Any mods on a N/A car don’t really do much at all. Upgrades like intake and exhaust and tube on a turbo car make way bigger increases. The exhaust makes the turbo more free flowing and the tune really makes the difference. Makes the car run a lot more boost and hold it.

It’s the first gen of the 3.8. The second gen makes 348. But that’s still only to the crank. Probably 300 to the wheels. Which is quite a bit for a $12k ish car
