"I'll correct as much as I can but I am not sure if I am capable of it." We, your audience and friends, know better than that. You could just throw the model in the trash and start from scratch. Nothing but Magic Sculpt and a toothpick and we would see absolute majestic accuracy in the end result. You are that good.

Your skill and dedication to authenticity is unmatched. Thank you for showing so much respect to the USS Arizona. She was an amazing piece of work. Even though I was not alive during that time, I have always felt a very strong connection to the ship for some reason. By far my favorite out of the entire Pacific Fleet.

The absolute fucking effort. The absolute fucking craftsmanship. The absolute fucking devotion. Where 99% would just go buy a new model by a different brand, this one just remakes the model almost entirely. I am floored and astounded. Amazing work! you've earned this subscription!

I’ve watched this 3 times and I still can’t believe how much work you did with this kit. You’re a credit to the hobby my friend! 🍺👍

Talk about making a silk purse out of a pig's ear. You, Sir, have an amazing talent. I had to go to navsource and national archives to compare your work. Looks like you 3D printed one of those pictures. Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing with us.

Absolutely masterful work! It’s almost hard to believe just how mesmerizing it is to watch the amount of detail you put into each and every aspect of the work. I’ve come to LOVE your work and how you allow me to come along for the ride.

WOW! Just.... wow! I'm a model railroader modeling in multiple scales, the smallest being 1:160. With 4x+ magnifying glasses, I would be hard pressed to do in that scale most of what I just watched you do in 1:700 scale! I applaud you and your skills! That was beautiful and awesome. ❤

I am not easy to impress and am a huge critic when it comes to my passions. Ships are mine. You just earned a sub because of your care and detail to that beautiful fallen warrior. I've never seen anything so detailed and probably never will after this. A true artist with passion and love for the art of sculpting, modeling and, painting. Absolutely beautiful.

I remember having to do a similar scratch build job on an old 1:350 scale IJN Yamato from Tamiya, it had a great gaping hole on the side of the bow that was so large that it deformed the shape of the bow, i had to redo all of it from scratch with tamiya putty (which costed me a fortune... this was before i found out about magic sculpt) Edit: since tamiya putty is prohibitively expensive for how much you get per tube, i didnt fill the entire interior cavity with it. Instead i taped some waxed paper to the hull on the outside and filled against the paper on the inside, allowing me to make a hull facing loosely following the shape of the ship. of course before that i had to correct the deformity of the hull, and an industrial pipe heater helped with that.

Your attention to detail is second to none...🏆 I would love to see you do a build of a 1/350 scale Titanic I know there's plenty of videos out there about the Titanic, but I would like to see your take on it... plus I'm working on one and that scale at the moment and could use any tips and techniques I can gather!

Wow, just wow! I don't know other words to use! I have a tremendous amount of respect for your abilities. You must do this on a professional level as i see nothing less in your videos. Do you sell these or are these just for your personal keeping? Thanks and a beautiful job! I love seeing your videos, very relaxing and very educational as well as sometimes creating anxiety as the pieces are sometimes so small to deal with

Thank you for the comment! I sometimes sell my models when buyers contact me. I don't eagerly advertise for selling them.

With all due respect, if the "Hobby Boss" brand is inaccurate & trash. Then what brand would you recommend we use to accurately represent what the ship actually looked like & honor the men who served on her?

This is the sad reality of modeling. If you don’t spend $100 for a kit you get 💩 and you still might anyway.
