As for the electronics and wiring, I'm lucky because I'm getting older and have gained a bit of experience and tools along the way--which comes in handy now. ironically my favourite ships in Star Wars are the bad guys ones, The Star Destroyer, TIE Fighter. But I also prefer the Y-wing to the X-wing so maybe I'm a bit odd. Great build, love these ships.
