For starters, nice comparison - i was really curious about this. The SE is obviously the better camera performer - that is clear. That said, the Z Fold 6 performed well too, well enough for most people i'd even say. If they'd upgrade the ultra wide sensor and give us a bigger zoom lens (with a 5X zoom even) for the Z Fold 7, and keep the same 50mp main sensor - that would be great.

I agree. The 50mp main sensor is more than capable, but I'd love the cameras either side of it to be upgraded for sure

Samsung basically just showed that they can upgrade the cameras on the fold phone but they just choose not to. If they don't upgrade the cameras on the fold 7 to atleast these im just keeping my fold 5 .

The biggest difference with this phone is the form factor. Which is a drastic difference. Almost everything else is slight bumps.

Regarding the Bokeh, I actually find the main camera on my Z Fold6 has too much Bokeh for some situations. For example, if I take a photo of my kids in front of a scenic location, the background is blurred (unless I move fairly far away). A similar issue occurs if I use the main camera for a selfie (in which case it's essentially impossible to get far enough away to get the background in focus). This Bokeh effect can be nice when I want an artistic portrait-style shot, but not when I want the background to be in focus. As a result, I've found myself using the ultrawide camera more often to get both the subject and background in focus, or the cover screen camera for selfies. I didn't have this issue with my previous Samsung phones (Note20 and S9), and it's actually one of the only things I don't like about the Fold6. Watching your video, it thus concerns me that the Bokeh effect seems even stronger for the SE!

The only difference that matters is the size of the front screen.. 1 more annoying thing, it's not global.. I'll stick with the v3.... For now

It's insane to me how lazy Samsung has been with the Fold series cameras. I hope their CEO gives them a nice kick in the ass and not be conservative.

I dont really care for zoom. I just want a camera i can use amd not have the light wash out the photo inside of a building or outside. Thats the fold 5 biggest problem. Tue phones cost too much for a problem like that. Sometimes my a71 takes better photos to be honest

@SamMobileTV when I'm frustrated with iPhone 15 pro max or my fold 5 i pull out my a71(snapdragon) and it outshines these $1500+ phones😂😂😂 my wife be amazed. It doesn't over expose and wash out colors on pictures like these newer phones. Its ridiculous that a free phone i got from Samsung with the Galaxy fold 2 does better lol

Although the Image Sensor of the Fold SE is 200mp the Image output is 50mp due to Pixel Binning that gives better results in Low Light. The Images are undergoing much processing utilizing AI (sort of) so that and the slightly larger Sensor results in a better Image overall. If you are into Photography and Image Processing you could achieve results that would be much closer. Of course most people won't be bothered with all that so the Phone does it for you.

@@SamMobileTV It can do both...up to you which you choose, It's a bit of a cheat and certainly not new Technology. The problem here with your excellent review is your SE ver. is producing tack sharp images as it should, however your original Fold 6 is clearly performing below par. I don't own but have used a Fold 6 and taken many Photos with it, all are on a par with the SE Images you are showing and much clearer than your standard Fold 6 Pictures. Product variation is common in all things, no two Cars will have ' Exactly' the same max speed. Try printing an Image out to A2 Size and you'll be suprised.

Same problem. The camera is also very very bad. When will you make an excellent camera? When will you learn? Look at the Chinese companies and the iPhone they have an excellent camera in mobile devices. I love Samsung but this is the truth. I will wait for Samsung 25 ultra if the camera is not good I will go to another company . And also this small screen not big ....2.000 $. For what

iPhone cameras are not excellent, lol. I've tested the Fold 6 and 16 Prk max cameras and the Fold usually wins

Iphone does not product good image. It's always bugging out with the micro and main camera because Apple don't understand what distance to trigger the main camera ☠️

@@SamMobileTV 😂❤️ fold se is good but i like vivo fold better for cameras, display and value ❤️ Still i would choose fold 6 if i had to. Because i need spen in my profession and se doesn't have it 😬 . Currently using 24 ultra ❤️
