So all these three-quarter squats are good squats and Hafthor's 460 kg (1,014 lb) walked out Raw squat is a bad squat due to depth?? 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@shawnmichaud4484 Powerlifting rules are dumb. Some people anatomically cannot hit depth because of their hip socket depth, long femurs etc. Also they allow MacDonalds logo back arching with super wide grip in benching so the ROM is 2 inches, and they allow sumo deadlift yet they whine about not being below parallel in squats.

Way way above parallel like more than any car squat ever. Everything is easier at a Shaw event.

You do realize the Shaw Classic is the heaviest and hardest show right? A number of athletes say they are afraid to do the show due to how heavy it is. So this event may not have been the greatest test and thus Brian hasn’t brought it back
