Many claim the strongest shoulders in the world, but it's definetely Mateusz. He just needs some core stability for max axle and log lifts.
@dctPL4 жыл бұрын
@@mirkomarjanovic3234 All he needs is another 10-15 kg of body mass. At his height he would still be relatively athletic compared to his main opponents but his strength would become unmatched from what he shows right now.
@mirkomarjanovic32344 жыл бұрын
@The Anime Gamer Boy Being able to press the most and having the strongest particular muscle are two different things. Biby has more mass, thus more stability, but in terms of raw strength coming from shoulder muscles it's definetely Mateusz. Biby and Luke stoltman are pretty close in terms of max log, but if you've ever seen Luke and Mateusz h2h you'd know what I mean.
@mirkomarjanovic32344 жыл бұрын
@The Anime Gamer Boy You obviously don't understand the role fat has when it comes to lifting weights. It provides stability and cushioning (similar effect to sleeves and wraps). Plus Mateusz seems to lack a bit of core strength (very noticable in his squats and deads). Sure, Biby CAN press more, but his shoulders are not stronger.

@@jackjukon2925 I understand your perspective. There'll always be freaks in this world regardless of strongman anyways. I honestly believe strength sports that involve more movement and reps are the most dangerous (injury wise) e.g crossfit. In both cases injuries tend to happen when proper form is ignored as athletes want to push beyond their limits due to competition. My concern with strongman is all the PEDs they take.
