The “decision” not to award a penalty was, as Tony says, made by the officials and not by anyone connected with Celtic. Get over it. Also, was incompetence a factor in the SFA delaying the registration of a crucial Celtic signing who may have stopped your old clubs “9”? No, corruption more like and a widespread anti Celtic agenda.
