It's actually harder to do than one might think, even if half of it is useless repetition. Stream-of-consciousness speaking while remaining coherent is a learned skill. It's never going to sound like a movie speech, because it's unscripted. Also keep in mind that dead air does not keep eyeballs. She is overdoing it tho.
