I love color. Using red as a dark tone, orange as a mid tone, and yellow as a light tone

Hello Brandon! Thank you for the videos. These are so helpful and you explain everything thoroughly. I am a why person and you always explain the why of things which is great! I always wondered how to get those super dark tones and never knew it was black underneath.

Love This .. I’ve Been Practicing Tattooing For A Few Years As A Hobby So I Could Tattoo Myself I Use Fake Skin And It Comes Out Great But I Have Given Myself Two Small Tattoos And It’s Not Going Great.. I’m Having Shading Issues Just Not Being Able To Get Enough Ink In And There’s A Small Spot That I Think I Cut My Skin.. I’m Not Sure What I’m Doing Wrong On Real Skin Compared To The Fake Skin. I Would LOVE Some Help!

Another great video of yours! May I just have one question? Foundation flesh - is it like a skin tone ink? Or some special kind of ink? Thanks and greetings from Czechia!😊

If I have to do half a sleeve of full color flowers, do you recommend to go with colors already in each session, finishing each part? Or go only lines and black shading and paint it on posterior sessions?

For a half-sleeve in full color, I'd suggest starting with lines and black shading first, then adding color in later sessions. This way, you get a solid foundation and can build up the depth and saturation of colors without overworking the skin.

Hey man love all the videos. Question. Iv be tattooing on fake skins. To the point it’s exact what it’s supposed to be. I would like to switch to actual skin. And I no how big of a difference it is to actually tattooing real skin but My question to u is How do I tell people without freaking them out. They all like my fake skin work but I don’t want to promise them it’s gonna look exactly like the fake skin. But don’t want to freak them out right?

how do you get the ink into the fake skin! I have watched so many videos and still get it blotchy. I got it from dragonhawk the skin

Fake skin can be tricky because it doesn’t behave exactly like real skin. Make sure you're using proper needle depth (about 2mm) and working at the right angle-around 80 degrees for lining. Slow down your hand speed and make consistent passes to avoid blotchiness. Also, some fake skins, like those from starter kits, can be lower quality and harder to work with which is why we recommend Skinz!
