Can every verb be used like ergative verbs? I have looked up many such ergative verbs. I just want to know if every verb can be used as ergative verbs or not, so as to avoid grammatical mistakes. Are there some particular verbs only those can be used as ergative verbs or we can use all verbs as ergative verbs?

Not all verbs are ergative verbs. They are fixed and we cannot use all verbs as ergative verbs
